  • Too biased for me.

    Hard to watch.
  • Lol

    Cheney is a war criminal.
  • Awful, fictitious, scary

    By Curryb70
Regardless of what you believe, know that this film is literally fiction. Positioning a film about a family like this is at best reckless and irresponsible; at worst? Dangerous. Know this is an awful movie.
  • Tricked by the Trailer

    By Music is just Okay
I feel a little bit like the trailer pulled a classic “bait and switch”, which is basically what the movie is about. The trailer catered to Conservatives, but the actual film clearly did not. Touché. I was fine with being exposed to facts and events that broaden my knowledge about the years Bush and Cheney were in the White House, but the movie still struggled to really deliver on the points it seemed to be trying to make, which were highlighted by the captions at the close of the film. This movie seems like it would work better for opinionated political junkies, but just be boring and frustrating for someone looking for good entertainment.
  • Republican and I loved it

I am a registered Republican and this movie was excellent. It's a must watch- hands down.
  • Christian Bale is fantastic.

Entertaining and obviously not meant to be an accurate portrayal of history.
  • Vice

Totally disregard the blowback from the Right Wing Noise Machine. The only negative is that it’s not quite up to the level of “The Big Short”, which deserved 6 stars. Obvious connection is that Bush/Cheney bailed out banking industry.
  • We live in a very sad time

    By dcgirllive
Sorry, that was a very hard time for us as a country, only second to our current administration. The anger you have just exemplifies where we are as a nation. Making racist, sexist, bigot remarks like it’s nothing. The old, white men in office trying to take away a woman’s right to make a choice that as a man, you’ll never understand. We are destroying diplomacy, making us vulnerable to things that we should be paying closer attention to. The middle class has disappeared, and for what? Greed, self interest.. no thought for the future generations. We have a president who tweets, cannot deliver a speech or understand checks and balances. If you’re behind trump, you are all the things destroying our country, and you support a man who thinks raking will put out fires. Do you really think he should be looked at as a representation of our country? We have raped and killed immigrants in border prisons. I still can’t believe this is where we are. I don’t care about whether you lean left or right. This is just wrong. But new, trump gave money to Bill Clinton when he ran for president. Since there is such a disdain for Hilary and women in general, how do you rationalize that? Oh, and this is a movie, and the acting and narration is amazing.
  • Really bad

    Super terrible
  • Depressing

I am a democrat. I though this movie was ok. But it did paint every single conservative person in this movie badly. And it is very depressing. I am worried about global warming.
